The hotel is conveniently located near the MICO Congress center and has a friendly reception staff. The breakfast is excellent and there is a lounge available for a small additional cost. We also appreciated the helpful staff who provided great advice on places to eat. Additionally, the hotel is well-placed for the metro station, making it easy to get to various destinations.

During my stay over the New Year, I really liked the spacious rooms and bathrooms at the hotel. They were clean and well-maintained. the hotel is located in a convenient area, with easy access to public transportation. I was able to reach the main attractions in the city quickly. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

There were a couple of aspects that I didn't particularly like. the breakfast lacked variety when it came to cheese options.

The spa and wellness facilities at Melia were great. The relaxing atmosphere and various amenities provided a perfect getaway. The jacuzzi, in particular, was a great spot to unwind and enjoy some quality time. the room service was really nice, with prompt and delicious food delivered right to our door. our experience at Melia was upgraded with these fantastic offerings.

The location of the hotel is very convenient as it is close to many good restaurants on foot and near the City Center. Additionally, it is also close to the subway station, making it easy to explore the city.

The elegant ambiance and proximity to the metro station made it a perfect choice for exploring the city. The rooms were spacious and meticulously cleaned every day. The room was reasonably comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The staff was friendly and always available to help. The breakfast offered a generous spread of options, including a variety of Italian coffees and fresh juices.

Some guests mentioned issues with towel cleanliness, and there were complaints about the air conditioning not being sufficient in the rooms.
